Do you take custom orders?

The answer is, no.
No I do not.
I am no longer a commission artist. I make what I want to make. Sorry friend!
My “fail rate” is annoyingly consistent so commissions don’t work out well for me.
Do you take pre-orders?
No, sorry guys.
I also do not take holds or pre-payment. Please don't ask me.
I have organisational skills so I’d probably lose your downpayment or forget you preordered something.
Thank you for caring enough to want to secure a piece, but it’s better for both of us to just order something you like when I restock my shop — and if you miss out, I’ll always be making more!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on where you are in the world, 2 to 6 weeks.
You should receive a tracking code (if you paid for tracked shipping). Pop that little guy into the search box on the Australia Post website find your order.
Once I drop your parcel off at the post office, its out of my hands and up to the wonderful people in our postal system to get it safely to you.
Got International shipping?
Yeah man! Kinda. I don’t ship around the UK at the moment due to the VAT taxes that I don’t understand - it freaks me out.

Do you offer wholesale?
Nah, not for my pottery. My work takes me a long time to finish and pottery costs too much to create to work for wholesale prices.
I DO offer wholesale prices for my stickers, prints and enamel pins however!

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
I recommend you wash them on the top rack of your dishwasher just to be safe.
If you own anything with gold lustre OR resin on the ceramics, DO NOT use dishwashers.
Please remember that my ceramic pieces are functional ART so be gentle with them. Treat them to handwashing when ever you can.
